At Vizag Defence Academy, we may provide study materials, uniforms, or other resources to our enrolled students. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently ship study materials only within India. Delivery times may vary based on your location.

2. Processing & Dispatch

• Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 10 working days after confirmation of enrolment or payment.
• You will receive a tracking number (if applicable) once your order has been dispatched.

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges, if applicable, will be communicated at the time of purchase or enrolment.
• Any additional courier charges due to remote delivery areas will be informed in advance.

4. Delivery Time

• Standard delivery time is 10 to 15 days from the date of dispatch.
• Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes) are beyond our control.

5. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive damaged or incorrect materials, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.
• We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
