At Vizag Defence Academy, we strive to offer high-quality coaching and training services. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we have created this Cancellation & Refund Policy to maintain fairness and transparency for both students and the Academy.

1. Course Cancellation by Student

• If you wish to cancel your admission or enrolment, you must inform us in writing via email or in person at our office.
• Cancellations must be made at least 10 days before the start of the batch or course to be eligible for any refund (if applicable).
• If cancellation is requested after the course has started, no refund will be provided for the remaining classes.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Registration fees or admission fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Tuition or course fees may be refunded partially if the cancellation request is made within the specified time frame and approved by management.
• Any refund will be processed after deducting administrative charges or applicable taxes.

3. Course Cancellation by Vizag Defence Academy

• In rare cases where we cancel a course or batch due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., insufficient enrolments, faculty unavailability), students will receive a full refund of the tuition fee paid, or may opt to shift to another batch.
• We will inform students in advance through email, SMS, or phone.

4. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7-8 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
• Refunds will be credited through the original payment method or via bank transfer, as per Academy’s discretion.

5. No Refund Circumstances

No refund will be provided:

• If a student is expelled due to misconduct or violation of the Academy’s code of conduct.
• If a student voluntarily discontinues or drops out after the batch has commenced.
• For missed classes or sessions.
